As part of its activities, Cinod and its associated services Monplandescene and BookingTech process your personal data in compliance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).

  • Vehicle registration numbers

  • Certifications

  • Year you started your activity

  • Dietary requirements

We only collect data strictly necessary for the operation of our services.

4. Purposes of Data Collection

Your data is processed for:

  • Customer relationship management

  • Sending personalized emails

  • Providing requested information or services (newsletters, commercial offers, etc.)

  • Improving our sites, products, and services (including via cookies)

  • Contacting you about Cinod-related events, product updates, and support

  • Facilitating employee/employer matching by sharing relevant information (skills, availability)

5. Recipients & Subcontractors

Only Cinod has access to your data. It is never sold or transferred to third parties, except to our strictly necessary subcontractors, all GDPR compliant:

These providers process your data solely for the purposes of delivering Cinod’s services and are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection.

6. Data Retention Period

  • Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then:

    • 36 months (3 years) from the last contact or end of the business relationship

    • Cookie consent is renewed every 13 months

Cinod may remove any content posted by users that violates applicable law and may pursue civil and/or criminal liability in case of illegal content.

Our services are not intended for children under 15 years of age. Use by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulon, France.
