Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time, and Site users are therefore advised to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, the Owner may decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance purposes, and will endeavour to inform users of the dates and times of such interventions in advance.

The Site is updated regularly by the Owner. In the same way, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to take cognizance of them.

  1. Description of services provided.

The purpose of the Site is to provide services related to the technical activities of the entertainment industry.

The Owner endeavors to provide information on the Site that is as accurate as possible. However, the Owner cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or failure to update the information, whether caused by the Owner or by third-party partners supplying the information.

All information on the Site is given for guidance only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive. It is subject to modifications having been made since it was put online.

  1. Contractual limitations on technical data.

The Site uses JavaScript technology.

The Website cannot be held responsible for any material damage arising from use of the Website. In addition, the user of the site undertakes to access the Site using recent, virus-free equipment with the latest generation browser.

  1. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

The Owner is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except with the prior written authorization of the Owner.

Any unauthorized use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as counterfeiting and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The owner cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

The owner cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site.

Interactive areas (possibility of leaving text or photo information) are available to users. The owner reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, the owner also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photography€¦).

  1. Personal data management.

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the Site, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the Site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address.

In any case, the owner collects personal information relating to the user only for the need of certain services proposed by the Site. Users supply this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. Site users are then informed whether or not they are required to supply this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978, all users have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning them, by sending a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document bearing the signature of the holder of the document, and specifying the address to which the reply is to be sent.

No personal information of the user of the Site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only the assumption of the repurchase and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the possible purchaser who would be in turn held of the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the Site.

The site is not registered with the CNIL, as it does not yet collect personal information.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases.
